Just to give you some background, Andrew loves Becky's dog Tootsie or 'Oostie as Andrew says. She has certain commands you say to her when you want her to do something. One is " OFF!" Okay now that, that is out of the way....
Mom changing Andrew into his pj's.
Mom: Shoes off!
Socks off!
Pants off!
Shirt off!
Andrew: 'Oostie OFF!
Well.......... he got the command right!

Everybody seems to love tootsie.. maybe it's because they can boss her around and tell her what to do? Ha but you're right, at least he got the command right!
