Just to give you some background, Andrew loves Becky's dog Tootsie or 'Oostie as Andrew says. She has certain commands you say to her when you want her to do something. One is " OFF!" Okay now that, that is out of the way....

Stay-cation

For Labor Day this year we had a "Stay-cation" what with it raining and all. So Maddi and I made Chocolate Chip cookies together, Jesse and Andrew built a fort so they could eat cookies and watch old school Mickey Mouse cartoons. They had a blast. That night we popped popcorn and watched a Disney movie. We had a lot of fun!!

Dinosaur Museum

During the month of August at Thanksgiving Point, everything was two dollars on Tuesday. So Annie and I decided to pack up the kids and go for it. It was busy, but we had a lot of fun. I didn't get pictures of the picnic we had but here are some pictures!

Although really blurry, I had to get a picture of this. Maddi and Ben held hands the whole time we stood in line.

Yes, this is the best picture I could get! They wouldn't hold still!

Okay, this picture doesn't show it but Andrew DID had a good time! He wanted to get out of the stroller and I kept him in there as long as possible.

I'm not sure if they were supposed to climb, but they did!
We had a great time!

Yes kid I know what you mean, but usually I'm pregnant when that happens to me....

4th of July and Idaho...

Sorry for the lack of posts, we're still trying to get settled in our house! There are still a lot of piles everywhere and piles of boxes in the garage, and weeds taking over the flower beds. But little by little we are making progress.
We went to multiple BBQ's and did lots of fireworks all weekend long. I LOVE the 4th of July! We also had fun at Sam and Annie's house at a BBQ on the 24th. The fireworks were awesome! And the kids loved loved loved the sparklers!




Maddi and I went to Idaho to attend my uncles wedding. It made for a long day, but we had fun. We also were able to go through the Twin Falls Temple open house. It was fun to take Maddi with through that and talk to her about Temples. Here are some pictures from the reception:
