This year for Easter we had Jesse's sister Becky and her family staying with us. We also were lucky to have Nana, Papa and Mandy come for a visit too! In-between sessions on Saturday, while Becky and Jared went with Jared's family, Grandma Pearl came over and we dyed some Easter eggs. It was the first time we've EVER done it. For some reason or another we never were able to do it in years past. The kids had so much fun we boiled more eggs and kept on going! It was just fine with me though since it just gave us more deviled eggs for Sunday Easter dinner!
Madalyn was not sure at first about it at first.

" I was trying to do Lightening McQueen Red, why is it Pink?"
" Have you seen my egg? It's pink.
hahahaha, I wanted red."

Oh, the good 'ol days. I'm glad they liked it and it didn't look like it got too messy.
Finn only wanted to do red too. It sat in the dye for like 30 minutes to get it to turn red.
Fun that you all got be together!!
