We did go on our annual "look at fall leaves" drive through the Alpine Loop and we stopped by Cascade Springs. We brought a picnic but it was so cold that we just ate in the car. Not the same but Maddi now wants to more car picnics because apparently she had fun. Here are a few pictures! Enjoy!

Maddi kept pointing and yelling "WATERFALL!!" But there are a million of them all over the place so she was yelling it a lot.
Well this was before the car picnic and Andrew was hungry and cold.
And here is just a funny picture. I had put Maddi down for her Nap/Quiet time and about a half hour later I walked into the hall and this is what I saw. Notice anything? Very sneaky...

Wow the Canyon was beautiful! I want to go up and see! You really got some great pictures!~ And how funny, Maddi is crazy, but very creative, Never a dull moment during quiet time! I can't believe some of the things she comes up with. I am excited for Andrews birthday, I can't believe he is one. Time flies when you're having fun!!
I am so glad that Cascade Springs still looks good after that fire a few years ago.
So, is Maddi snug as a bug in a rug or a little piglet in a blanket or a catepillar in a cocoon that will come out around Halloween time as a butterfly?
