For those of you you haven't heard (which I'm pretty sure is none of you since this is all we talk about), we have sold our house! After 4 days of suspense and cleanliness we've done the impossible. Some poor people bought our house. Goodbye squeaky stairs. Goodbye cold plaster walls. Goodbye yucky hard water and no water pressure. Goodbye 9 rose bushes and Jr High kids losing your Spanish Assignments on our lawn. Goodbye noisy school buses who honk their horns on the last day of school sending us into a panic thinking we're being bombed. Goodbye windows that let in cold air. Goodbye new paint, wood floor, newish furnace, new slippery white roof, new crown molding, and new dishwasher. Goodbye new carpet and tile, we hardly knew ye. And last but not least goodbye "Guy" who wears a gray hoody and sunglasses everyday and walks past our house twice a day, always looking straight ahead and keeping his arms straight and not moving. You were weird and kind of frightening, but I hope that new comb over works well for you. We won't be around to see.

That’s hilarious...
Lisa, I can't tell if you are happy or sad. I am sure it is both.
I'll miss that creepy guy, and this is the first I've heard of him.
Hi, Schmise, long time, no anything!
